## BYLAW NO. 1 - 1993
## A BYLAW TO CONTROL DANGEROUS DOGS
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Good Lake No. 274 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
## DEFINITIONS
1. In this Bylaw
- a) "Owner" includes
3. (i) a person who keeps, possesses or harbours a dog;
4. (ii) the person responsible for the custody of a minor where the minor is the owner of a dog;
but does not include:
- (tti) a veterinarian registered pursuant to The Veterinarians 1987 who is keeping or harbouring a dog for the prevention, diagnosis or treatment of a disease of or an injury to the dog;
- (iv) an urban municipality or the Saskatchewan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in respect of an animal shelter or impoundment facility operated by it.
2. The following municipal officials are hereby designated to carri ut the function of Section 224(1) of The Rural Municipality Act, 1989, "Bylaw Enforcement Officer; Veterinarian; R.C.M. Police
