RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF GOOD LAKE NO.274 BYLAW NO. 05-2024 DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING FEE BYLAW The Council of the Rural Municipality of Good Lake No. 274 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 1. This bylaw shall be referred to as the Development and Planning Fee Bylaw 2. To establish development and planning fees. 3. In this bylaw: a) "Zoning Bylaw" shall mean the Zoning Bylaw of the Rural Municipality of Good Lake No. 274. b) "Application" shall mean the development permit application as adopted or amended by resolution of Council. c) "Development Officer" shall mean the Administrator of the Rural Municipality of Good Lake No. 274, and in their absence, by such other employee of the Municipality as the Council designates from time to time. Council may appoint a Development Officer subject to the approval of Council to whom duties in the administration of the Zoning Bylaw may be delegated. 4. Pursuant to the Zoning Bylaw, the following fees shall apply: Development Permit Fees Permitted Uses $100.00 Discretionary Uses $130.00 plus costs of public notification Minor Variance $100.00 Permit Extension - 1st Request Free Permit Extension - Additional Requests $50.00 Appeal $300.00 Amendment Fees Official Community Plan $100.00 plus costs of advertising Zoning Bylaw $100.00 plus costs of advertising 5. Development Permit Fees and Amendment Fees are non-refundable. 6. Development Permit Fees must accompany an application and be paid in full, before the Development Officer will consider the application to have been received.
