## BYLAW NO. 3 - 2005
## A BYLAW TO PERMIT THE USE OF ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES ON MUNICIPAL ROADS
Under the authority of The All Terrain Vehicles Act, Sections 9 and 11(2),
the Council of The Rural Municipality of Hazel Dell No. 335, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
- (a) A person is authorized to operate an all terrain vehicle on any municipal road within the municipality.
