## A BYLAW WHICH PROVIDES FOR FIXING THE RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR THE USE AND CONSUMPTION OF WATER
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Keys No 303 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. THAT the charges to be paid by the water consumer at the Organized Hamlet of Crystal Lake shall be $200 per annum.
2. THAT the water fees will not be prorated for any water consumer who begins water consumption during the regular consumption season typically May 1 to October 30.
3. THAT the Accounts for water service shall cover the period between April and October and shall be rendered on or before May 30. Accounts shall be paid by December 315. If an account is not paid by year end it shall be added to and form a part of the municipal taxes outstanding.
4. THAT Bylaw 07-2021 is hereby repealed.
5. THAT the rates, charges, tolls or rents contained in this bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the day of approval being issued by the Local Government Committee.
