Rural Municipality of Lajord No. 128
A BYLAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Lajord No. 128 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. No person shall fill any chemical spray apparatus and/or vehicle or have any chemical or chemical
equipment within 20m radius of the following public water sources:
a) Lajord Well - S ½ 16-16-16 W2
b) Riceton Well - NE 31-13-17 W2
2. No person shall use the site and/or public water source to wash equipment.
3. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any provisions in this bylaw shall be liable to a fine of up to
$10,000.
4. Bylaw No. 278 is hereby repealed.
