## BYLAW\_OF\_R. M. DE\_LAKESIDE\_NO. 338 RESPECTING\_THE SITUATING\_OF\_BUILDINGS   The Council of the Rural Municipality of Lakeside No. 338 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. In this bylaw: "road means any road allowance within the Rural Municipality of Lakeside No. 338 other than: - (i) a private road; - (1i) a provincial highway; - (iii) a road or streets within a hamlet. - building shall be situated a distance of less than 150 feet from the centre line of any road. 3. No building shall be situated a distance of less than 300 feet from an intersection of roads. 4. estuated prior to the passing of the bylaw. with respect to buildings 5.
