## BYLAW\_OF\_R. M. DE\_LAKESIDE\_NO. 338 RESPECTING\_THE SITUATING\_OF\_BUILDINGS

The Council of the Rural Municipality of Lakeside No. 338 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw: "road means any road allowance within the Rural Municipality of Lakeside No. 338 other than:
- (i) a private road;
- (1i) a provincial highway;
- (iii) a road or streets within a hamlet.
- building shall be situated a distance of less than 150 feet from the centre line of any road.
3. No building shall be situated a distance of less than 300 feet from an intersection of roads.

5. Every person who causes a building to be situated in contravention of this bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty bylaw of the Rural Municipality of Lakeside No. 338.
