A BYLAW TO PERMIT THE USE OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES ON MUNICIPAL
ROADS
Under the authority of The All Terrain Vehicles Act, Sections 9 and 11(2), The council of
the Rural Municipality of Lakeview No. 337 enacts as follows:
1.
A person is authorized to operate an all terrain vehicle on any municipal
road within the municipality.
