## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LEASK NO. 464 BYLAW NO 06-2025 ## A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE OPERATIONS OF WATERCRAFT The Council of the RM of Leask No. 464 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: PURPOSE of Iroquois Lake in the Municipality of Leask No. 464. The purpose of this Bylaw is to regulate the Operations of Watercraft within the resort community The Council of the Rural Municipality of Leask No. 464 in the Province of Saskatchewan, in open meeting hereby enact as follows: 1. That restrictions on watercraft are implemented to: Enhance safety b. Protect the public interest No docking of watercraft within 30(thirty) meters of the Public swimming area. 2. Operation Restrictions ## ENFORCEMENT 1. A Designate Officer or CSO may issue a Summary Offence Ticket Information with a voluntary payment option for breach of any provision of this bylaw. A Designated Officer may cancel any Summary Offence Ticket Information issued pursuant to this Bylaw, where in the opinion of the CSO, the Summary Offence Ticket Information was issued in error. ## COMING INTO FORCE This bylaw shall come into force and effect on the day of final passing thereof.
