## BYLAW NO. 2/61.
## A BYLAW TO COMPEL THE REMOVAL OF DIRT, STONES, FILTH OR RUBBISH FROM PUBLIC PLACES.
The council of the Rural Municipality of Marquis No. 191 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:

2. Any person throwing, placing, depositing, or having on any public place in the municipality any dirt, stones, filth or rubbish hall within twenty-four hours after having been notified by th ouncil, the health officer, or any municipal official acting or their behalf, remove said dirt, stones, filth or rubbish and place same where directed by the notice.
3. Any person guilty of an infraction of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of the municipality, being bylaw No. 2/58, enacted on the 2nd
