A BYLAW RESPECTING THE SITUATING OF BUILDINGS IN THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MARRIOTT NO. 317.
he Council of the Rural Municipality of Marriott No. 317 in th rovince of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows
1. In this bylaw: "road" means any road allowance within the Rural Municipality
of Marriott No. 317 other than:
- (i) a private road;
- (ii) a provincial highway;
- (iii) a road or highway within the following hamlets, namely: Marriott, Valley Centre, Bents.
2. No building shall be situated a distance of less than one hundred and fifty feet from the centre line of any road.
3. No building shall be situated a distance of less than three hundred feet from an intersection of roads.
4. This bylaw does not apply with respect to buildings situated prior to the passing of the bylaw.
5. Every person who causes a building to be situated in contravention of this bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to the penalties imposed in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Rural Municipality of Marriott No. 317.
