## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MILDEN NO. 286 Bylaw No. 18-05
## A BYLAW TO COMPEL THE REMOVAL OF DIRT, STONES, FILTH, RUBBISH OR OTHER ENCUMBRANCE FROM PUBLIC PLACES
Pursuant to section 8 of The Municipalities Act the Council of the Rural Municipality of Milden No 286 in the Province of Saskatchewan hereby enacts as follows:
- No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited any dirt, stones, filth, rubbish or any other encumbrance on any road, road allowance, land acquired for the widening of or diversion from a road allowance, lane or other public place within the municipality.
- Any person depositing any dirt, stones, filth, rubbish or any other encumbrance on any road, road allowance, land acquired for the widening of or diversion from a road allowance, lane or other public place within the municipality shall remove the same and place it where directed by the council within twenty-four hours after being ordered to do so by the council.
3. Any person guilty of an infraction of this Bylaw shall be liable to penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of the municipality, being Bylaw No. 18-04.
4. Bylaw 65-01 shall be repealed.
