<!-- image --> ## BYLAW 02-05 ## A BYLAW TO CONTROL THE PROTECTION OF MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLIES The Council of the Rural Municipality of Milden No. 286, in the Province of Saskatchewan, Dominion of Canada, as provided for under the authority of Section 227(2), enacts as follows: - 1) No person shall: - a) convey to the well site a chemical spray apparatus, or - c) convey to the well site a truck or livestock transport vehicle which has been used for the transport of livestock and has not been adequately cleaned, - b) convey to the well site a truck or similar transport vehicle that contains full or empty chemical containers, or - 1) one hundred yards of the three municipal wells situated on: 2. Any person who violates any provision of this Bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to the penalties in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Municipality. 3. Bylaw No 80-05 is hereby repealed.
