## BYLAW NO. 5/2015 ## A BYLAW TO CONTROL THE PROTECTION OF MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLIES The Council of the Rural Municipality of Monet No. 257, in the Province of Saskatchewan, as provided for under the authority of Section 8 (b) of The Municipalities Act, enacts as follows: 1. No person shall: - a) convey to the well site a chemical spray apparatus, or - b) convey to the well site a truck or similar transport vehicle that contains full or empty chemical containers or chemical residue or - c) convey to the well site a truck or livestock transport vehicle trailer which has been used for the transport of livestock and has not been adequately cleaned within: - 1) One hundred yards of the seven municipal well situated on: SW 26-25-15-W3 NE 9-26-15-W3 (excluding landowners and/ 214 Railway Avenue, Lot 8, Blk 9 Elrose/Bale Elrosc/RM Shop or renters of Sec 9-26-15-W3 during farm operations) Elrose/Potable Water Gunnworth Hughton Wiseton NW 21-27-16-W3 NE 11-26-14-W3 S47 36-27-13-W3 2. Any person who violates any provision of this Bylaw shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to the penalties in the General Penalty Bylaw of the Municipality- 3.
