4. Bylaw No. 05 - 1981 as amended is hereby repealed.
The purpose of this Bylaw is to provide for the amenity of the area within Council's jurisdiction and for the health, safety and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Rural Municipality of Moose Range No. 486 as identified in Appendix "A" attached hereto and forming part of Bylaw 02 - 2014.
2. This Bylaw is adopted pursuant to Section 46 & 75 of The Planning & Development Act, 2007 and shall come into force on the date of final approval by the Minister.
1. This Bylaw shall be known as the "Zoning Bylaw".
