## BYLAW NO. 3/86
- A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE USE OF THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY.
The Council of the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle No. 187, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. No person shall:
2. (a) fill a chemical spray apparatus;
3. (b) fill a water tank on a truck or similar transport vehicle full or used chemical containers, pumps, hoses or other equipment used in conjunction with a chemical sprayer;
4. (c) park a chemical spray apparatus;
5. (a) park a truck or similar transport vehicle that contains full or used chemical containers, pump, hoses, or other equipment used in conjunction with a chemical sprayer;
at or within one hundred (100) metres of the municipal well located adjacent to the road in the northwest corner of Block 11B, Plan CD 1379, Fort Qu'Appelle Reserve.
- Any person found guilty of an infraction of provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties imposed by the general penalty bylaw of the municipality.
