## BYLAW NO. 3/86 - A BYLAW TO REGULATE THE USE OF THE MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY. The Council of the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle No. 187, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. No person shall: 2. (a) fill a chemical spray apparatus; 3. (b) fill a water tank on a truck or similar transport vehicle full or used chemical containers, pumps, hoses or other equipment used in conjunction with a chemical sprayer; 4. (c) park a chemical spray apparatus; 5.
