BYLAW NO. 1-09
A BYLAW OF THE R.M. OF PLEASANT VALLEY #288
WITH RESPECT TO
CONTROL OF THE OWNERSHIP OF ANIMALS WITHIN
THE HAMLET OF FISKE
The Council of the R.M. of Pleasant Valley in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. No person shall be permitted to raise or have in his or her possession pigs, cattle,
horses, deer, sheep, goats, llama's or poultry at any time within the limits of
the Hamlet of Fiske.
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of this bylaw
shall be liable to the penalties provided in the General Penalty Bylaw of this
Municipality.
