The Council of the Fural lunicipality of Fleasantdale No. 396 in the province of saskatchewan, enacts as fOllows:
I. iny person depositin; any dirt, stones, filth, rubbish or any other encumbrance on any road, road allowance, Land acquired for the widening of or diversion from a road allowance, lane or other public place within the municipality shall remove the seme and place it where directed by the council within twenty-four hours after being ordered to do so by the council.
