## BYLAW NO. 2 OF 2004
## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE

The Council of the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461, in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. No dog shall run at large in the Municipality.
3. For the purpose of this Bylaw, a dog shall be deemed to be running at large when it is beyond the boundaries of the land owned or occupied by the owner, possessor or harbourer of the dog, unless:
2. A person who owns, possesses or harbours a dog found running at large shall be deemed guilty of an infraction of this Bylaw.
- i) the dog is found on land with the permission of the owner or occupant of the land where the dog is found, or
5. ii) the dog is in the direct and continuous charge of a person who is able to control the dog, or
6. її) the dog is securely confined within an enclosure, or on a leash which is under the direct control of the person who is in charge of the dog, or
7. iv) the dog is securely fastened so that it cannot roam at will.
8. Any person who contravenes any provision of this Bylaw is guilty of an offence and liable on summary convictions and penalties provided in the general penalty Bylaw of this Municipality.
Bylaw No. 6 of 1994 is hereby repealed.
