The council of the Rural Municipality of Shellbrook No. 493 in open meeting assembled, and pursuant to the powers given in Section 8(1) of The Municipalities Act, hereby ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
1. No tractor, truck or other vehicle shall haul or pull any building on any road within the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Shellbrook No. 493 unless a permit has been obtained from the Rural Municipality of Shellbrook No. 493.
2. All conditions set out in a permit referred to in Section 1 shall be adhered to at all as set out in the "General Penalty Bylaw".
3. Anyone found guilty of violating any section of this bylaw shall be subject to a penalty
4. This Bylaw shall not apply to any numbered Provincial Highway.
5. The acquisition of a permit issued under the provisions of Section 36 of The Highways and Transportation Act 1997 of Saskatchewan shall not remove any obligation from anyone moving a building within the municipality from obtaining a permit from the Rural Municipality of Shellbrook No. 493.
6. The Reeve, Deputy Reeve, Administrator or Assistant Administrator of the Rural Municipality of Shellbrook No. 493 are hereby authorized to issue permits referred to in Section 1 on behalf of the municipality.
7. A $100.00 -$1500.00 administration fee at Councils discretion shall be filed with each application for a permit referred to in Section 1.
8. All applications for said permits shall be in the format set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
9. Bylaw No. 05-2014 is hereby repealed.
10. This Bylaw shall come into force and effect upon final reading thereof.
