A BYLAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SPIRITWOOD NO. 496 RESPECTING ANIMALS
RUNNING AT LARGE

STRAY ANIMALS

Pursuant to The Stray Animals Act, the council of the Municipality of Spiritwood No. 496
enacts as follows:
1.
Expressions used in this bylaw have the same meaning and interpretation given to
them by Section 2 of The Stray Animals Act.
2.
Cattle are permitted to run at large in the following areas within the municipality
from May through October on the following land locations:
Section 26-54-10-W3
Section 35-54-10-W3
