A BYLAW RESPECTING ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE Pursuant to The Stray Animals Act, the council of the Municipality of the Rural Municipality of Val Marie No. 17 enacts as follows: 1. Expressions used in this bylaw have the same meaning and interpretation given to them by section 2 of The Stray Animals Act. 2. Horses and cattle are permitted to run at large at any time within the municipality on any developed or undeveloped road allowance or road, except the following: a.
