## BYLAW #79-2
A BYLAW RESPECTING THE SITUATING OF BUILDINGS IN THE RUKAL MUNICIPALITY OF WELLINGTON NO. 97
The council of whe Rural Municipality of Wellington No. 97 in the Province of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
1. In this bylaw:
"road" means any road allowance within the Rural Municipality of Wellington No. 97 other than:
- (i) a private road;
- (ii) a provincial highway;
- (iii) a road or highway within the following hamlets, namely:
Cedoux Colfax Tyvan
2. No building shail be situated 150 feet from the centre line a distance of less than any road.
3. No building shall be 300 feet from an situated a distance of less than intersection of roads.
4. This bylaw does not apply with respect to buildings situated prior to the passing of the bylaw.
5. Every person who causes a building to be situated contravention of this bylaw shall offence and be guilty of a n alties liable on summary conviction to the penimposed in the general penalty bylaw of the Rural Municipality of Wellington No. 97.
