## BYLAW NO. 06-2024
## PROTECTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES
## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLIES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Wheatlands No. 163 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. No person shall fill any chemical spray apparatus at the following public water
2. Bulk Water station #1 - PT NW Section 24 Township 17 Range 01 West of the 3rd Meridian - the 6 acres North of the railroad tracks
- b. Public Well - NW Section 14 Township 16 Range 03 West of the 3rd Meridian Extension 1
2. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the General Penalty Bylaw of the municipality.
3. Bylaw 03-14 is hereby repealed.
