RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF WINSLOW NO. 319
BYLAW NO 2-2022
A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR BUILDING PERMIT SERVICES
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Winslow No. 319 in the Province of
Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw may be cited as the Building Permit Fee Bylaw.
2. Where permit applications have a plan review, inspection of construction and
enforcement by the building official, the RM shall pass along these all-inclusive
building official service fee to the applicant of $3.55 per $1,000 value of construction
with a minimum fee of $200.
3. Permit fees shall be collected prior to the building permit being issued and subject to
applicable taxes.
