TOWN OF SHAUNAVON
BYLAW NO. 2001 - 06
A BYLAW TO REGULATE ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES
The Council of the Town of Shaunavon, in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1.
In this bylaw, including this section:
(a)
"all terrain vehicle" and/or "ATV" means all terrain vehicle as defined in The
All Terrain Vehicles Act.
(b)
applies only to those "all terrain vehicles" being used specifically for snow
removal purposes or yard maintenance.
(c)
"highway" means a highway as defined in The Highway Traffic Act.
(d)
"vehicle" means a vehicle as defined in The Highway Traffic Act.
2.
A person is authorized to operate an all terrain vehicle on the travelled portion of any
highway within the municipality.
