4. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this bylaw is guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be liable to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(b) A permit issued under Section 3. of this bylaw shall set forth the following information and condition under which a display of fireworks may be held. (i) Name of individual, individuals and/or organization authorized to hold a fireworks display. (ii) Date of and duration of the fireworks display. (iii) Location of the fireworks display. (iv) Class or classes of fireworks to be displayed.
