<!-- image --> ## CITY OF WARMAN ## BYLAW NO. 2014-19 ## A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE OPERATION AND CONTROL OF SNOWMOBILES 1. The council of the City of Warman in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: 2. Subject to the provisions of The Snowmobile Act and to Sections 2 and 3 of this bylaw a snowmobile operator may utilize any street, avenue or lane within the City being the most direct route from his/her residence to the limits of the City. 3. It shall be lawful to operate a snowmobile on the following street and avenues only for the purpose of crossing the said street or avenues in the most direct route: - a. Central Street; - c. Centennial Boulevard; - d. Clubhouse Boulevard. 4. A snowmobile may be operated only between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and at a speed not exceeding 20 kilometers per hour. 5. No snowmobiles allowed in any Parks. 6. Notwithstanding the provisions of this bylaw, the council may, subject to any terms and conditions that the council may impose, issue a permit for a specific snowmobile event. 7. The provisions of this bylaw do not apply to a peace officer when engaged in the performance of his duties. 8. Penalties: - a. Any person or persons who contravene this Bylaw are guilty of an offence and shall be liable upon summary of conviction to a fine of not less than $100.00 not more than $1000.00. 9.
