<!-- image --> ## CITY OF WARMAN BYLAW 2026-03 ## A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH USER RATES AND BILLING PROCESS FOR RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE COLLECTION OF COMPOSTABLE MATERIALS Whereas the City has established a program for curbside, single stream compost collection, and has entered into an agreement with Loraas Disposal to provide this compost service; -and- Whereas Loraas Disposal will be providing detached houses and low density areas with a 95 gallon green compost cart to be emptied every two weeks. Now therefore the Council of the City of Warman in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows: - The following rates shall be charged to the occupant or owner or person(s) responsible for the water/sewer utility of every dwelling unit, for the collection and removal of compost materials as follows: - a. For each 95 gallon compost cart provided, the fees are as follows: - i) $12.00 per month 2. All charges shall be billed with the monthly utility billing. - Bylaw No. 2017-10 is hereby repealed effective upon this Bylaw coming into force. 4.
