## TOWN OF WAWOTA BYLAW NO. 05/2022 A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH BUILDING PERMIT FEES
The Council of the Town of Wawota in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
## SHORT TITLE
- 1 This bylaw may be cited as the Building Permit Fees Bylaw.
## PURPOSE
- 2 The purpose of this bylaw is to provide for Building Permit Fees.
## GENERAL
- 3 (1) The fees for plan review, field inspection of construction, and enforcement is in accordance with the agreement between the provider of building official services and the Town of Wawota.
- (2) An Administration Fee for the processing of, handling of, and issuance of a permit is 15% of the total permit fee as per the building official services. If additional inspections are required, the 15% Administrative Fee will also be charged.
