the
following
Clause

the
said
Bylaw:

Section
1 hereof
shall
not
apply
to
any
person,
group
of persons,
club,
association
or
society
keeping
any
livestock
or
poultry
in
the
City
of
Veyburn
in
an
zoo
or exhibit
specifically
approved
by resolution of
}
the
City
Council
of
the
City
of
weyburn.
In such cas
$,
the
Council
of
the
City
of
Vleyburn
shall
approve
by
'
resolution
of
Council
the
issuing
of
a pernit
to
the
said
person,
group
of persons,
club,
association
or
society
for
the
specified
livestock
and/or poultry.
No permit
shall
be
granted
under
this
Section
unless
the
person
or
persons
applying
for
same has
and
continues
to
strictly
comply
with
all
the
laws
and
regulations
of
the
Province
of Saskatchewan and
the
City
of
ileyburn,
and
any
permit
granted
may be cancelled
at
any
tine
by
the
Chief
of
Police
or
Acting
Chief
of
Police
in
the
event
the
person
or
persons
holding
said
permit
fail
to
comply
with
said
laws
and
regulations.
Any pennit
granted
under
this
Section
shall
be valid
for
a
period
of
one
(1)
year
or
loss
in
the
event
same
is
granted
during
any
year
expiring
