CITY OF YORKTON SASKATCHEWAN BYLAW NO. 26/2001 A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF YORKTON IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN TO AUTHORIZE THE MANAGER OF COMMUNITY PLANNING TO UNDERTAKE THE APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 135.1 of The Planning and Development Act, 1983, the Council of the City of Yorkton in the Province of Saskatchewan in Council assembled hereby enacts as follows: 1. That the Manager of Community Planning is hereby authorized to undertake the approval of subdivision applications within the City of Yorkton, under the following circumstances: a) Where a subdivision application proposes to re-align or create property line boundaries, in which no more than two (2) properties are legally altered, or created. b) Where, at the discretion of the Manager of Community Planning, any subdivision application is deemed to require the review and approval of Council, the application shall be forwarded to Council as soon as is practicable after receiving the application. 2.
