Bylaw No. 12/2014 - Adoption of an Official Community Plan CITY OF YORKTON SASKATCHEWAN BYLAW NO. 12/2014 A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF YORKTON IN THE PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN TO ADOPT AN OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF YORKTON WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Yorkton wishes to adopt an Official Community Plan for the City of Yorkton; and, WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Yorkton is proceeding to adopt said bylaw in accordance with Section 29 and 32 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Yorkton hereby enacts as follows: 1. Schedule "A" attached to and forming a part of this bylaw be adopted as the Official Community Plan for the City of Yorkton. 2. Bylaw No. 15/2003, Plan Yorkton, and the following amending bylaws are hereby repealed: Bylaw No. 26/2010; Bylaw No. 31/2010; Bylaw No. 33/2010; Bylaw No. 41/2010; Bylaw No. 2/2011; Bylaw No. 22/2011; Bylaw No. 1/2012; Bylaw No. 6/2012; Bylaw No. 12/2012; Bylaw No. 14/2012; Bylaw No. 28/2012; Bylaw No. 2/2013; Bylaw No. 10/2013; Bylaw No. 24/2013; Bylaw No. 2/2014; and, Bylaw No. 8/2014. 3. This bylaw shall come into force and take effect from the date on which it is approved by the Minister of Government Relations. ________________________________________________ MAYOR ________________________________________________ CITY CLERK Introduced and read a first time this 28th day of April, A.D. 2014.
