## THE COMMISSONERS OF BELLEFONTE
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE STOPPING OR PARKING OF VEHICLES ON BELLEFONTE AVENUE FROM BRANDYWINE BOULEVARD TO PHILADELPHIA PIKE REPEALING ORDINANCE 57-1 (RESTRICTING PARKING ON A PORTION OF THIS SECTION OF BELLEFONTE AVENUE)
Be it ordained by Commissioners of Bellefonte that:
Section 1: Whereas Bellefonte Avenue from Brandywine Boulevard to Philadelphia Pike is a narrow one way street providing emergency access to Philadelphia Pike for the Brandywine Hundred Fire Company No. 1, the above mentioned section of Bellefonte Avenue is declared an emergency response route.
Section 2: No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic stop sign, on either side of Bellefonte Avenue from Brandywine Boulevard to Philadelphia Pike.
Section 3: Any vehicle in violation of this ordinance may be cited and/or towed in accordance with Delaware State Law as enforced by New Castle County Police or other law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction in the Town of Bellefonte.
