## TOWN OF BLADES ORDINANCE NO. 420B-B ## AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 420B-B RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BLADES IN COUNCIL MET: The RENTALS section of Ordinance 420B, Amendment B should be stricken in its entirety and the following inserted in lieu thereof: Each apartment, cottage or home, without regard to the number of bedrooms $200 Each office, office space or building $200 Each motel, hotel, inn, rooming house or private home offering rooms $10 per unit with a $25 minimum ## SYNOPSIS This Ordinance amends the license fees for leased residential units. Repealer: All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Date of Effect: The Town Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law; and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its approval by Council.
