## Ordinance 209A
Amendment to Ordinance 209 Prohibiting the burning of leaves, brush, or other combustible matter within the limits of the Town of Blades without obtaining a special permit therefore and prescribing a penalty
Ordinance number 209, Section 2 of the Town Ordinance for the Town of Blades, Delaware, is hereby further amended as follows: Any person, partnership, or corporation which shall be found guilty of any offense prohibited in Section of shall be fined not less than One Hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than Two Hundred and Fifty dollars ($250.00) for each such offense, and shall pay for any court costs if applicable.
