## Amendment 410B
## Amendment to Ordinance 410 Weeds and Vegetation
Ordinance number 410 Section 4 of the Town Ordinance for the Town of Blades, Delaware, is hereby further amended as follows: It shall be the responsibility of the owner or occupier of any lot, place, or area to remove all cuttings and/or clippings from the sidewalk or street abutting the same immediately upon the completion of the cutting of the grass or other vegetation located on the lot, place, or parcel. Any such cuttings, clippings, branches, and other yard waste (including compost), shall not be left in the front or side yards to be seen from the street. Any cuttings, clippings, branches, and yard waste must be removed within 7 calendar days. Compost may remain as long as it is stored within the back yard, and does not create a hazard to the homeowner and surrounding neighbors. There is to be no permanent or semi-permanent structure to be built in the front or side yards to hold yard waste, including compost.
