## ORDINANCE NO. 97-2
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 128, SECTION 1 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF BRIDGEVILLE RELATING TO SCHEDULE OF CHARGES AND FEES OF THE COMMUNITY SEWER OF THE TOWN OF BRIDGEVILLE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF BRIDGEVILLE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 128-1, Chapter 128, relating to the schedule of charges of fees of the community sewer of the Town of Bridgeville be amended by deleting the following:
"F. For all sewer connections on the sewer line from the Bridgeville Mall Limited Partnership, there shall be a sewer tapping fee of [ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500.00)] per equivalent dwelling unit."
and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
- For all sewer connections on the sewer line from the Bridgeville Mall Limited Partnership property, there shall be a sewer tapping fee of NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($900.00) per equivalent dwelling unit.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption by a majority of the Commissioners of the Town of Bridgeville.
