## Town of Odessa ## THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ODESSA ODESSA, DELAWARE 19730 ## ORDINANCE 2016-02 ## AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE FOR THE TOWN OF ODESSA WHEREAS, Mayor & Council have determined that it is in the best interest of the residents of the Town to provide requirements and standards to insure public health, safety and welfare for all existing residential and non-resident structures and; WHEREAS, all structures and equipment should be protected from the elements and provide a reasonable level of sanitary maintenance; WHEREAS, any reference to the name of the jurisdiction/municipality in this code, should be inserted "Town of Odessa" NOW THEREFORE, Mayor & Council hereby ordain that the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code be adopted.
