ORDINANCE 2009-02
AN ORDINANCE TO ENTER INTO A WASTE WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
ARTESIAN WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT INC
WHEREAS, the Town of Odessa Charter, Section 4.2.12(a-e) grants authority to
the Mayor and Town Council to provide, construct, maintain, manage and control
waste water for the Town of Odessa;
THEREFORE, the Town of Odessa and Artesian Waste Water Management, Inc.
by this mutual agreement enter into contract for waste water services as contained
herein;
