ORDINANCE 2009-3
AN ORDINANCE TO ENTER INTO A WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Odessa Charter, Section 19 grants authority to the
Mayor and Town Council to enter into contract to provide, construct, maintain,
manage and control public water for the Town of Odessa;
THEREFORE, the Town of Odessa and Artestian Water Company, Inc. by this
mutual agreement enter into contract for public water services as contained herein;
