There will be additional fees for more than 100 attendees. Individuals must also obtain pre-approval from the Town and complete a
Police Dept event form, all subject to review.
The park is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the summer and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the winter.
Pavilion rentals are available during these times.
League reservations do not grant exclusive use of the field/s. The town reserves the right to assign and use the
facilities on non-scheduled days. Permits will be discussed with the Police Department to verify if parking
or road issues need to be addressed.

Special Events for GCW or Lake Como
Deposits are refundable. Areas must be clean and neatly kept before, during, and after the event.
Any large scale event that requires the full use the park's facilities and may require the closure of the park to the
public, will first be reviewed by the Town Manager's office, Smyrna Police Department, and/or the Parks & Recreation
Committee. Requestee is required to provide a detailed outline of event, Certificate of Insurance, discuss parking, road closure,
and/or needed police presence. Fee will be based on size of event but will be no less than a $100 deposit and a $500 fee.
