VILLAGE OF AMISK
BY-LAW #322
A by-law of the Village of Amisk in the Province of Alberta to specify a maximum
allowable weight of 5 tons on what is commonly known as "the elevator road".
Persuant to authority granted by the Minister of Transportation under the Traffic Safety
Act, the Council ofthe Village ofAmisk orders that effective immediately, the maximum
allowable weight be 5 ton on RW 2452AA , north of the railway tracks. This will extend
from opposite the old 53 St. crossing to the road going north opposite the eastern
boundary ofthe Village.
This order shall remain in effect until further notice.
