PERMITS
### FIREWORKS BYLAW & PERMIT
Please remember to contact the Village Office to obtain a Fireworks Permit **BEFORE** setting off any fireworks within the Village of Carbon. A Fireworks Permit must be completed and submitted to the Village Office **PRIOR** to the event. Fireworks are permitted in designated areas ONLY and it is the responsibility of the coordinator to ensure all debris is collected and disposed of properly. Please review the Fireworks Bylaw #2018-808 below as fines will be issued if fireworks are set off without a permit.
Once the Fireworks Permit is issued, the Carbon Fire Department is notified for safety reasons of display date and time. As a courtesy, the Village Office also advises residents and campers, so they can spectate and enjoy the event, and ensure pets are inside.
