BYLAW 2026-15 A BYLAW OF THE COUNTY OF ST. PAUL NO. 19 IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO ESTABLISH A FEE SCHEDULE Whereas, pursuant to provisions of the Municipal Government Act, 2000, Chapter M-26 with amendments thereto it is deemed desirable to set fees for goods and services provided or made available by the County of St. Paul; Now Therefore, the Council of the County of St. Paul No. 19 duly assembled hereby enacts as follows: 1. The Schedule of Fees attached to and forming Schedule "A" of this bylaw is adopted; 2. Schedule A to this bylaw will be reviewed by Council on an annual basis; and 3. That Bylaw 2026-04 is hereby repealed. Read a first time in Council this 26th day of May, A.D.2026.
