BYLaw No. 1106/UTIL/2025
A BYLAW FOR THE TOWN OF FAIRVIEW IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING UTILITY RATES FOR 2026
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Bylaw 1048/UTIL/2018 passed on the 6th day of November 2018,
regulating the water, sewer, sanitation, and recycling systems of the Town of
Fairview; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, Section 191, Council is authorized to
amend a bylaw in the same way the original bylaw was passed;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Fairview, duly assembled, enacts as follows:

Replace Schedule A from Bylaw 1048/UTIL/2018 with the attached
