4 by--law of the Smewser villuge of Itaska Eeach respecting apa¢ed limit, and parking restrictio
Wrereas it has bees: found necessary to linit the speed of traffic, and to
restrict parking within the boundaries of the Syewser Yillage of Itasksa Beach;
Kox, therefore, the Counciiof the Sworer village of Itaska Beach under the authority
of and subject to the provisions of Section 14 and Section 16 of the Highway TPraffic
aet, being Chapter H--7 of the revised Statutes of Alberts 1980, and arermdeents thereto,
hereby unacts as follows:
1. Speed -- The saximu®s sypbed linit on any highway withinr the towrdanrics of the
Sumer vilinge of Itaske feack ahall b#* 30 kilcoosters per hour.
2. Parking -- No swtor vehicle or combination of vehnicles shoall park:
slimln such a matter as to obatruct a private driveway.

(3) In any part of the Swewser village of Itaska Beach Posted " NO PANMINGF.

Higtmuay maintenance equipmnent, sownge disposal trucka, asd garbage trucks
are hereby exespted fron Section 2 of this by»law, and emergency cquigeent
is hereby exerpted from Sections 1 & 2 of this by--law.

The Council nerecty asuthorizes the issuance by the duly appointed Special
Constable or Special Constables, tickets for the above Sectionsa 1

Tt« penalties for violations fo this by--law are as follionws:
gection 1. -- Speed -- as aet out in the Mighway Traffic Act.
Section 2 = Parking:
(1) CObatructing a private drivexay a fine of $ 20.00
(2) On the travel portion of a highway within the towndnries of the
Summer villagoe of Itaska Beach a fine of $ 25.00
(3) In area posted " NO PARKING® a fire of $ 25.00.
Vehicles contravening any of the parking provisiore of this by--law for a second or
sore times ar the towed awoy at the expense of the registored owner.
By -- Law # &6 is hereby recinded.
