## BY-LAW NO. 1-08
BEING A BY-LAW IN THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF LAKEVIEW, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE WEST INTER-LAKE DISTRICT WATER COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the S. Village of Lakeview wishes to become a member of the West InterLake District Water Commission pursuant to Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act (R.S.A. 2000 c.M-26 as amended):
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Summer Village of Lakeview, in the Province of Alberta, by virtue of the power conferred upon it by the Municipal Government Act, duly assembled enacts as follows:
- 1 That this By-law shall be known and may be cited as the "West Inter-Lake District Water Commission Authorization By-law."
- That the Council of the S. Village of Lakeview is hereby authorized to make any necessary Agreements and take the necessary action together with the Council of any other Municipality or Municipalities for the purpose of becoming a member of the West Inter-Lake District Water Commission as per Part 15.1 of the Municipal Government Act.
