A bylaw of the Summer Village of Lakeview in the Province of Alberta to adopt the Lake Wabarun Area Structure Plan insofar as it applies to the Summer Village of Lakeview.
Whereas the Council of the Summer Village of Lakeview has co-operated with the Yellowhead Regional Planning Commission in preparing a management plan for the Lake Wabamun Watershed insofar as it affects the Summer Village of Lakeview, to be called the Lake Wabarun Area
And whereas, under Section 64 of the Planning Act revised statutes of Alberta 1980, and amendments thereto authorizes the Council of the Summer Village of Lakeview to pass a bylaw to adopt the Lake Wabamun Area
Now therefore be it enacted and it is hereby enacted as a bylaw of the Summer Village of Lakeview as follows:
1. That the Lake Wabamun Management Plan maps inclusive thèreto, insofar as applies to the Summer Village of Lakeview is hereby adopted.
2. That the Lake Wabamun Management Area Structure Plan, insofar as it applies to the Summer Village of Lakeviow may be amended by Bylaw from time in accordance with the Planning Acty revised statutes of Alberta 1980, and amendments thereto, by the Summer Village of Lakeview.
3. this Bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the day of the final passing thereof.
