Truck route rule: No Person shall operate a Vehicle with Maximum Gross Weight 8,000 kg or more or length exceeding 12.5 m unless Highway designated truck route. Street obstruction: No Person shall stand or be positioned on a Highway so as to obstruct building entrance or prevent other Persons from using Highway.
