In the Village of Lomond, Alberta, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Village of Lomond Land Use Bylaw No. 608 (December 2017), verified 2026-09-27. A permit is required. Max height rear side: 1.8 m (6 ft.). Pool enclosure: Any private swimming pool with a design depth greater than 0.6 m (2 ft.) shall be constructed and fenced in accordance with Safety Codes requirements.
